AAST 2027 Practical Surgery Summit Exhibit Space Application

Products/Services to be Exhibited

List all products, services, brands, and product categories that will be displayed, demonstrated, advertised, or promoted in your exhibit. Only products/services listed below and approved by ACS may be promoted at the meeting. Additional products require advance written approval. 

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be made based on order of application receipt, while also taking into account competitor notes. 

Booth Levels

Standard 8x10 Booth - $3,500

Includes 6-foot table, two chairs and a wastebasket, two exhibitor badges, company listing in meeting materials, company listing on AAST website and meeting app, recognition on signage, and access to exhibit area-networking breaks.

Premium 8x10 Booth - $5,000

Includes everything in the standard 8x10 booth, as well as preferred placement in the exhibit hall (if applying before February), half-page ad in the onsite conference booklet, and company website link in the mobile app.

Non-Profit Tabletop - $1,750

Includes a 6-foot table, two chairs and a wastebasket, two exhibitor badges, listed in meeting materials and on the AAST website, mobile app, and recognition on signage.

 

 

Exhibit space confirmation, registration and other details will be sent to the contact person listed above.

Full Payment is due on Friday, March 19, 2027. 

Cancellation/Refunds: Written notification of a reduction or cancellation of exhibit space must be received by AAST on or before March 19, 2027 and will result in a charge equal to 50 percent of the total cost of the space. Space not claimed or occupied on-site after 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2027, for which no special arrangements have been made with AAST, may be resold or reassigned by AAST without obligation to refund exhibit fees or reassign the exhibitor. No refunds will be granted for space after March 19, 2027.

Exhibitor Eligibility

All products and services to be exhibited must be directly related to the practice of surgery. All product and services to be exhibited are subject to advance approval by the ACS in its sole and absolute discretion. An exhibit application is not accepted until acceptance is confirmed in writing by ACS.

Acceptance of an exhibit application constitutes approval only of the products and services specifically identified in the application. Exhibitors may not display, demonstrate, advertise, promote, distribute materials for, or otherwise market any product or service not disclosed in the application without prior written approval from ACS. ACS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of any product or service before or during the meeting and to require the immediate removal of any product, service, signage, literature, demonstration, or promotional material that has not been approved or does not meet ACS exhibit eligibility requirements.

Authorized Signature

As an authorized representative of the company named above I have read and understand the rules and regulations outlined in the AAST 2027 Exhibitor Prospectus.  I understand and agree to accept and abide by those rules and regulations. The acceptance, by AAST, of our application and deposit on rental charges constitute a contract.
